Since a lot of people use the porsche 915 transaxle with their 350, why not use the porsche awd system from the 911 and just lengthen the drive tubes as necessary. they should be able to handle a decent amount of HP and torque.

I believe the motor would end up in the rear bumper of the Diablo.
