Same price basically are you 100% sure 01x from diesel will be stronger? What engine are you using?

Not 100%, however the tq curve of a diesel engine is different than that of a gas engine. More tq lower in the RPM range.

I am using the BMW 12

The diesel version will have different gear ratios but is not stronger. If you have questions about any of the Audi transmissions contact Scott at Advanced Automotion and he can answer them for you.

Because of the diesel tq requirements it will be stronger than a box that only had a gas engine in front of it

Two boxes are basically same price but Porsche is availble here in Canada which I can't say the same for 01x I will not take the car to the track Main purpose is for cruising I might do few red light starts maybe once a month or so You think that's going to destroy the tranny?

5K clutch drops can destroy any box, but I also intend to "roll into" mine also. Having said that I will drive mine hard, but at less than 2k I feel that I can afford to take that chance besides a Porsche set up is about 4-5 times more expensive (depending on the box)
