You are going to have the same axles as Factory Five uses on the GTM. They have the Corvette CV joints on the wheel end and the Porsche CV joints on the inner end. Check and see if their axles would be the right length for you.

I used a G50 however I used C4 components which are much differant. Here is what I did. Click on the link and check out the pics of the adapter, yoke and half shaft. It worked out very well. Start at the 6th picture on this page.

Thanks for sharing.seems to be a good work on that project. I found wich setup i needed. If i don´t misstake, so are factory five also using c5 components. It was on their website.

Here is it:

Porsche 930 drive stubs with 10 x 1.50 bolt holes
78-79 Porsche 930 40 mm CV joints
And of course the drive axel.

Just one question about the g50 tranny. Factory five writes this: The new Factory Five-Mendeola SDR transmission is a good match for Chevrolet's LS engines. The transaxle bolts directly to the LS engine block without using a bell housing adaptor.

Is it only theirs gearbox that fits chevy ls without adapter or does it fit right on the ls1 bolt on?

It is a custom made transmission strictly for FFR.
