Hello!

New to this forum and wanted to say "HI" and respects to everyone here.

Been reading threads for a couple of days now and are blown away by all the knowledgeable people, artists, fabricators, and friendly folks here!

I recently purchased an old D&R 25th Anniversary Countach on a non-stretched 85 GT Fiero frame with a decent running 2.8 engine, but wouldn't mind a few upgrades on performance and interior parts, and any suggestions.

I met Darryl and Rick (D&R) back in the early 2000's? at the Carlisle Show when Richard Frick had pictures shot of his black countach with gold-plated wheels for an edition of Kit Car magazine. What an awesome car that was! Anyone else there back then?

I've kinda always liked the idea of a countach roadster since then and fortunately came across one 2 months ago. Didn't want to miss the opportunity and glad i didn't!

Been having FUN going to area car shows a lot lately looking for ideas on what others have done to their replicas but haven't found ONE single countach replica. The Cobra guys have been great though and i've received good referrals to upholstery guys and audio/alarm installers thankfully.

Having only dabbled in a couple Bradley GTs back in the day and having owned a fiero-based Ferrari 308 replica years ago, my skills limited me to buying them already built and paying professionals to do the upgrading needed.

Time to change some of that and start experimenting! Thanks for having me!
