Anybody know what would happen if I did NOT disable the front load leveling section of my V12 power steering pump and only plugged the outlet? I was able to disable the load leveling section on the original pump but it developed a leak from the main shaft seal. So, I bought another one and I can't for the life of me get the caps off to pull out the load leveling plungers. I've used a hand impact driver (same as I used on the other pump) but only managed to tear up the slots on the head of the plug. What would happen if I just plugged the outlet?
