Nice catch Lambo_Sam...
Here is a quote from the text at Bay:

"Anyway I'm the second owner first owner was Kevin Lyons up in Manhattan New York and then myself there's been real close 110 K$$$ Put into this car Kevin and his father worked so hard on this, did a great job! Like he says a lot of Labor of Love."

It sure was Kev-Kev's.
I sent this along to Kevin. He might want it back.
Thanks

RT

I let Kevin know and called him last night.
He called the guy who owns it. He said the guy really didn't want to sell it. (?)
Anyway, Kevin is busy with his Streamliner project which costs a LOT of money but it sounds like he is doing everything the right way and making progress.
The guy was willing to sell it back to Kevin at a reduced price but the Streamliner has his money tied up. Kevin would like to have it back.
Lambo_Sam, I told Kevin you were the one to bring this to our attention and he was very thankful.
Maybe if we all chipped in a couple thousand dollars, we could help Kevin get it back! (Sure LOL)

Oh wow i really like the way he had it in the first place and funny I have been trying to remember who i saw did the transfer case to the rear. Is there a way to reach him I am looking at setups for my next build and if Kevin is interested i have something he might be more interested in than buying his car back. It's not a diablo it's newer and molded the right way for an easy build. I'd really like someone as good as he is with his hands to build one of these same with gwader and a couple other guys here that have finished a diablo. I'm not trying to hijack this thread but I have to say that I have seen how many hours have gone into these builds and for those guys I have watched for the past 10 to 20 yrs I have a car you can have assembled into.a full Roller in a weekend with special offers avail for guys like kev and gwader jim dinner that have finished cars.
