I know Im months late at posting in this thread but wanted to post anyways, Im using an 88GT fiero, it has been said that it's the best fiero to use when building these cars, and I see that to be true with better braking and suspension and all, plus the stock wiring is pretty much the same as the lambo, the stock harness is all there and laid out for you, only thing needed is to convert some connectors and light sockets to the new stuff and it works ok, Some may fringe at 20 year old wiring but me being a former electronics/electrical specialist from the aerospace field I checked it all out, I would like to have had a built chassis but just out of my budget, but for a first time car builder the 88GT makes the job a bit easier, Plus insurance and registration is going to be a breeze.
