The craftsmanship on those doors is outstanding! Even though I am building a Diablo, it provides inspiration to do as good a job as possible on the interior of my fiberglass doors.
Should you be using zinc chromate for the first primer on the aluminum or is that old technology?
Again, beautiful job and thanks for documenting the work.

WOW, that is one pro job you did there. one question, are you going to keep the rims, seats and tail lights or change it to more OEM look a like?

Thanks im sure you will do fine, the Diablo kits seem to be more complete than the Countach kits were, and depending on the make sometimes have very high quality parts too, i will get some shots of the underside this spring when i start on it again.

I dont know about being a pro .LOL Im far from that , im going to keep the wheels because i have big brakes and i cant go to 15" rims ( i have a set billet 15" Boyds wheels ) tires are too hard to find for them and your limited on brake size.

The interior is getting a total color change and possible seat change , the tail lights , at the time i put the corvette lights in you couldnt buy Countach lights ( they had discontinued them and nobody was making repro's) so i might buy set of repros and put on it but thats one of the last things i will do most likely.

The car was finished and I saw it on Ebay a few weeks ago for sale. Not sure if it sold or not. Turned out real nice though.

I was just procrastinating at work and saw this car for sale. Still one of the nicest replicas I have seen.

Well done to the builder.

Been a long time since i posted ,sorry for the late response!!

Yes that is it it is for sale,i have made a few changes since those pics where taken last year, i will post some updated pics soon.

I have since fixed the AC/ belt issue, and a few other mic items, i am slowly going over everything to make sure whoever buys it has a wonderful car.

I have had a few offers and lots of "i will have the cash in a few weeks" calls, but nothing serious yet, if i dont sell it i wont be upset, but i would like to pass it on to someone else to enjoy , i have had it for 10 years now, and dont have much time to drive it anymore.
